These rules describe the current structure planned for the Baron Better Help sweepstakes program. Drawing-specific notices should be completed before live entries are accepted.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.

Sponsor: Baron Better Help, headquartered in California, United States. A complete business mailing address should be added before live entries are accepted.
3. Worldwide Eligibility
The program is intended to be open worldwide where permitted by applicable law. Eligibility is subject to national, state, provincial, territorial, and local restrictions that apply to the entrant or potential beneficiary.
4. Age and Minor Entries
People of any age may potentially benefit from a prize, including children. A person below the legal age of majority where they live may not submit an entry or accept these rules directly. A parent or legal guardian must submit and manage the entry, provide any required consent, and complete verification on the minor’s behalf.
5. Year-Round Entry & Drawing Schedule
Baron Better Help accepts entries throughout the year. Cash-prize drawings ranging from US $50,000 to US $500,000 may be scheduled and announced during the year. The US $1,000,000 Grand Prize drawing is scheduled every three months. Each drawing notice should publish its cutoff date or time, selection timing, and announcement timing before that drawing is conducted.
6. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may use the official online entry form while entry is open. Entries for minors must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. The permitted entry frequency for each drawing will be stated in the applicable drawing notice.
7. Prizes
The prize program includes cash awards ranging from US $50,000 to US $500,000, together with a US $1,000,000 Grand Prize every three months. The applicable drawing notice should confirm the exact prize amount, currency, selection date, payment method, restrictions, and any lawful substitution terms for that drawing.
8. Winner Selection and Verification
Each drawing notice must identify the lawful selection method, selection date, odds or basis for determining odds, potential-winner notification method, verification requirements, response deadline, and alternate-winner procedure. Where a potential beneficiary is a minor, verification will be handled through the parent or legal guardian.
9. Taxes and Costs
Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction and may be the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent or legal guardian where applicable. Baron Better Help will not require a legitimate winner to send a release fee, gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or other payment as a condition of receiving a prize.
10. Privacy and Children
The website should collect only information reasonably necessary to administer entries and verify winners. Children must not submit personal information directly through the entry form. Any information involving a minor should be supplied by and handled through a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable child-privacy law.
11. Publicity
Any use of a winner’s name, photograph, location, statement, or likeness will be subject to applicable law and any required consent. For minors, any required publicity consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian.
12. General Conditions
California is the sponsor’s headquarters, but mandatory consumer, privacy, sweepstakes, tax, and minor-protection laws in a participant’s jurisdiction may also apply. Baron Better Help may modify, suspend, or end future entry periods where required by law or where the integrity of the promotion cannot reasonably be maintained.
13. Void Where Prohibited
The promotion is void in any jurisdiction where the structure, prize, entry method, or administration would be prohibited by applicable law.
