Each drawing is governed by the Official Rules and any drawing-specific notice. If these general terms conflict with the Official Rules for a particular drawing, the Official Rules control for that drawing.

Availability
The website or future entry periods may be updated, suspended, modified, or discontinued where reasonably necessary, including for legal, security, operational, or integrity reasons.
